Vetreria Perletti: professional glass specialists in Ticino, members of AVCT and ASVP
Vetreria Perletti is a member of the industry associations
Vetreria Perletti is a member of both cantonal and national industry associations and strongly believes in dialogue and collaboration between companies operating in the same field.
Since 2025, Luca Perletti has served as President of the AVCT. In this role, he promotes communication between companies, supports the profession, and works to highlight the importance of skilled professionals in the region—professionals who should not only be contacted but also valued.
Equally important is the role companies play in training young people, ensuring a future for the sector and offering a profession that is anything but ordinary and constantly evolving.

What is the AVCT – Associazione Vetrerie del Cantone Ticino
The AVCT brings together numerous glass companies in the Canton Ticino and aims to enhance, protect, and promote the work of glass specialists and businesses in the region.
Active since 1989, it represents the majority of glass enterprises in Ticino.
Who it is for
Glass sector companies, active professionals, and young apprentices interested in becoming glass specialists.
Main objectives
Supporting quality and professionalism, promoting training and apprenticeships, ensuring fair working conditions through collective agreements, and preserving the artisanal tradition.
Training and the future of the profession
In a context of technological innovation and increasing construction demands, the AVCT invests in the education of young glass specialists, ensuring their skills meet modern requirements. The AVCT plays a key role in maintaining and developing the glass profession in Ticino: not only as a professional network, but as a guarantor of quality, training, and social cohesion.
ASVP – Swiss Flat Glass Association
The ASVP — also known as Schweizerischer Flachglasverband (SFV) — is the national organisation representing the entire flat glass sector in Switzerland.
It unites both craft and industrial companies working with flat glass for construction, windows, façades, glazing, and related applications.
Services and activities
Professional training paths (apprenticeship for CFC glassworker), continuous education, support for trainers, courses, events, and initiatives that strengthen the sector.
Safety, quality, and technical standards
Through the technical institute SIGAB, the ASVP helps define technical guidelines and standards for the use of glass in construction, ensuring safety, durability, and quality.
A bridge between craftsmanship and industry
By including both small artisan workshops and larger industrial companies, the ASVP creates unity and representation at national level.
